Sometimes you need to make that much-needed “pit stop” along the road of life.

It’s time to fuel up & keep moving forward on your journey.

Coaching

What is Coaching?

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through the joint practices of deep listening and powerful questioning, a coach creates a trusting environment for honest reflection, brainstorming, strategizing and committing to meaningful action. Rather than telling or giving advice, a coach allows the client to set the agenda and helps them discover the answers within themselves. As a member of ICF, my work is aligned with and governed by the ICF Ethical Standards and ICF Core Values.

Why Coaching?

Coaching conversations lead to new insight, awareness, discernment about important choices, and ultimately to deep transformation enabling you to move forward in your life. It is key to gaining clarity on your priorities, values and purpose.

Let me walk alongside you on your journey to help you:

  • Gain clarity on your dreams, decisions, or direction on your unique path
  • Navigate difficult life transitions such as becoming a parent, changing jobs, moving to a new geographical location or taking a risk to pursue a new venture
  • Strengthen and deepen your most meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally
  • Process through the painful emotions of grief after the loss of a loved one, a living loss such as a divorce or other losses related to the global pandemic.
